•  Monitoring operations, including punch list completion, technical validation, and inspections during the first year after completion.

Our goal is to deliver the most accurate synthesis studies possible and anticipate potential issues that may hinder project progress, making necessary decisions based on reliable and detailed information.

We coordinate and supervise all-trades execution studies in close collaboration with the execution design team, contractors, and SCM (Scheduling, Coordination, Management) teams. Our role is to ensure spatial, technical, and scheduling consistency of the designed elements and guarantee their proper integration, while anticipating potential conflicts between technical, architectural, and structural packages.

Depending on the needs and complexity of the project, we operate under various configurations: as the sole synthesis lead, as support to a project team, or by providing specialized experts dedicated to critical phases.
